Shipping Policy

Each piece from Countryside Creations NY is made to order and carefully prepared by hand in New York. Because every order is made individually, a little time is needed before your artwork is ready to ship.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 4–8 business days. During busy seasonal and holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to accommodate rush requests when possible and will let you know if your requested timeframe can be met.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. is $8.95.

Orders of $150 or more ship free within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $22.95. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the $150 free-shipping offer.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, with the carrier and service selected based on the destination and package.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please remember that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Weather, holidays, and other carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the carrier. If it still cannot be located, contact us and we'll help determine the next steps.
